Japango Japanese Restaurant at 122 Elizabeth Street, Toronto and Chinese Restaurant neighbour Yueh Tung at 126 Elizabeth Street. The Japanese restaurant is in a Japanese district of Toronto but the Chinese establishment is some way from the stronghold of restaurants and other businesses further west on Dundas Street West and on Spadina Avenue. 200_3_P1100752R

You Don Ya Japanese Restaurant, 108 Dundas Street W, Toronto. The cosmopolitan city of Toronto is home to many nationalities and cultures and the Asian countries are well represented. Each has restaurants and takeaways (takeouts) aplenty. This Japanese restaurant specialises in donburi and is new to me insofar as I don't recall seeing it before. The sign over another perhaps confirms my impression. TZ30_P1050659CE

Pearl of the Orient, Waterfront Drive, Road Town, Tortola. Later in my walk around Road Town, I was still looking for Chinese restaurants (of course). Pearl of the Orient seemed a likely enough name but it is, in fact, a Japanese and Sushi restaurant. The wider shot gives a nice impression of Tortola. Geotagging approximate. 200_3_P1100030CE
