In this otherwise tranquil scene at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth, the smoke stain on the fourth floor of The Roundhouse betrays the drama of three days earlier. A serious fire broke out early in the afternoon of 25 February but, fortunately, no-one was seriously hurt. On the 28th, the Tesco Extra on the ground floor was still closed. 200_2_P1150253E
