Too rarely do I take urban shots such as this of Upper Brook Street in the centre of Winchester. The framing said 'hello' to the camera and I have intentionally included plenty of street furniture to highlight just how much there is. The no waiting cone had just been 'helpfully' removed from the adjacent car park by a warden to be placed right in my shot. I speculate that some enterprising character might have appropriated the cone to reserve a space in the car park. This is the view north from the junction with Friarsgate. TZ70_P1000232E
