My photographic mission in Leicestershire and Lincolnshire has not been primarily about railways but I have been pleased to be able to shoot in a couple of less photographed spots. I hope no-one will take offence that I took a fence but this garden-centre surplus stock is part of Eastleigh today and shots are hard to get. The actual subject is the two Class 43 power cars, formerly of East Midlands Railway. The car on the left is 43468.
