FS2004 CSA Airbus A330-323X

This is my repaint of Mike Stone's Airbus A330-300 into CSA, or Czech Airlines, livery. Because I haven't got his permission to distribute it, I haven't, but at the very least I wanted one for my AI traffic files for Ruzyne (Vaclav Havel) airport. I've tried to take a screenshot that resembles my previous photo of the actual plane, but it was hard getting a good angle in the simulator. It's in roughly the same spot at Ruzyne, but I've had to angle the camera back diagonally. One other inaccuracy is that the A330-323X that CSA have acquired has Pratt & Whitney engines, not Rolls Royce engines. Oh well....I don't really have the time to build a new model.

This is a Hindustan Ambassador taxi, probably built sometime between the 1950's and the 1980's, as the car was based on a Morris Oxford Series III upon its introduction in 1957, being built by Hindustan Motors in Uttarpara, India. The company had actually started in 1942, building other Morris copies, but upon the introduction of the Ambassador, no major design changes were attempted until the 1990's, when safety concerns forced a redesign. To this day, the cars remain in production in this newer, redesigned form, in spite of competition from Tata and, of course, the whole range of foreign cars which offer a higher level of performance and comfort. This Ambassador was on display in Praha Ruzyne airport, advertising flights to India.

Nadrazi Ruzyne, in spite of sharing a name with the nearby airport, is nevertheless not the best way to get to the airport. In that case, you would be better off getting the Metro to the north end of the A Line at Dejvicka, and then getting either bus #119, or bus #AE, which is more expensive, but an express. Nadrazi Ruzyne actually serves the Prague suburb of Ruzyne, and is still very steam-era-looking, complete with upper-quadrant semaphore signals. It still has its interlocking boxes, too, although I don't know if they're actually what's controlling the signals.

Here's a signal at Ruzyne dropped to stop after the departure of a train.
