Here's one of the ripped out sections. That tunnel at the end leads to a dedicated right of way that helps the trams to get by traffic jams on the streets on the way into the city centre.

As of my visit, some of the tracks weren't out yet, and DPP's workers were still there in spite of it also being evening.

Nadrazi Hostivar is by definition a train station, but adjacent to it is a tram station of the same name. The two aren't directly connected, but if you cross a few streets seperating the stations, you can get there easily. On this particular day, October 2nd, the tracks were all getting ripped out and replaced, and as you can see, the standards are pretty high, as these discarded sections aren't in terrible shape.

I think I had seen this advertising livery, for Komercni Banka, before, but on this occasion it really caught my eye and compelled me to take a photo.

Here's a shot of the bus terminal that I managed to get in a shadow. As you can see, many of Hradec Kralove's buses are trolleybuses.

This busboard wasn't outside Hradec Kralove Hlavni Nadrazi on my last visit several years ago, and for that matter, the whole bus terminal was so freshly rebuilt and maintained this time that its whiteness was giving me some exposure difficulties with the camera.

Foot congestion on Most Legii, and at the intersections at either end, became so much that DPP set up a temporary tram stop in the middle of the bridge for people attending performances on Strelecky Ostrov.
