On my way home, I stopped to Kulatak for dinner. Kulatak is a Plzenske Restaurace, backed by the Plzensky Prazdroj brewery, makers of Pilsener Urquell. However, their menu extends far beyond pub food to include some things that are rather unusual. Those blocks on the right are fries made from chickpeas, while the mixture on the left includes alfalfa sprouts, mushrooms, and an egg.
