These are obviously some kind of hoppers, but are they also brewing kettles? It isn't clear if there's a heat source.

I'm not sure what these vats are for, but they look like they're for aging or storage.

Jumping ahead to a trip I took to Wales, this is the 02 Bar, or brewpub really, in Cardiff. They have the brewing equipment behind the bar, among the tables, wherever it can legally fit. Someday, I should learn how to brew so that I know more about what all this stuff is. There's obviously stainless steel (I think) plumbing all over this place to connect the various vats.
