Last year, the Czech minister of health, David Rath, was arrested for taking bribes. The allegation was that he had received his last bribe, a wine box full of 5000kc and 2000kc notes, and that someone saw it. Czech wine is often named for the source, or sber, and this gift (I don't know if it really was wine) was a wine box labelled "Posledni," or "last," "sber." More recently, Prime Minister Petr Necas also had to resign because of bribery allegations.
