Cody, our new "grandson" wears many "hats" ... one of his several pass time hobbies is to use his excavator to do this kind of work for folks. on his cake here, the excavator has "dug into the chocolate cake" , chocolate all on the equipment, tires etc, It is a two layer dark chocolate confection !! sitting on small "stumps" cut to the size I needed here, from a limb in our yard when removing 2 trees recently! ,,,, fun stuff ! :))

On Feb 13, our Grand daughter was asked by her long time boyfriend to Marry him, at a lovely outdoor setting ....A surprise Patio style Engagement Party in the presence of both families and some friends. All of us knew of a nice outdoor get-together but NOT what type party until we walked out on the deck and saw this lovely wooden, engraved message to her....She came a bit later, after everyone was in place and we all got to see her shock, surprise and happy face as she came onto the Deck and walked right up to this lovely setting !! Such a great celebration, lots of fun and laughter....no wedding plans for a good while however:)) She wishes to finish her college degree in Nursing!
