one of our sons, ( the clown) says he wanted me to have a new cell phone...so while away on holiday, he found this and said he just HAD to get it for me... thing is, I can't get it to work! He says Im not using it properly! ( instructions on photo # 2 )

I thought getting on top of my home might help it work better, But NOO! I called my son, and he doesn't answer. I must try again. :)))) hahahah!!!
