Situated some way to the northeast of the centre of Madrid, I didn't get to hear about this park until a student mentioned it and I realised it was almost round the corner from where I lived at that time! But it meant crossing a motorway and I didn't investigate further. Then in 2016 I wasn't working due to illness and I started to explore Madrid and I remembered this park. So I visited and was pleasantly surprised!
