This is another wildflower photographed along the trail to Wall Street Mill in Joshua Tree National Park. It is the Common Fiddleneck, Amsinkia intermedia.

As the name suggest, this is a rather ordinary wildflower, but to us even the common wildflowers were new and exciting - photographed near Warm Springs Camp.

I believe this is the sap of the Pink Bloodwood tree, a native Australian tree. We photographed it at the Brisbane Koala Bushlands.
