RHH's photos with the keyword: paraglider

Several weeks ago we were on a camping trip with a group of young people at Fort Ebey State Park on Whidbey Island, one of the San Juans. The first evening we walked down to the fort and after exploring it watched the sunset and several paragliders riding the currents off the bluffs. I took quite a few pictures but liked this one the best of them all for the color, for the silhouetted figure and and for the hint of a distant horizon. They seemed to be rather new at the sport and one of them lost lift and ended up in the water. It was fun watching them, though, and the sport looked very appealing.
