Green River Overlook is at the end of the main road in the Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park, Utah.

Last summer we spent two days in Canyonlands National Park on our way to Texas. The photo is from the northern part of the park, the Island in the Sky District and from the Green River Overlook. We will be back in Canyonlands in about six weeks, hiking and backpacking with our oldest daughter.
