This is Giant Geyser, one of group of geysers in the Upper Geyser Basin at Yellowstone National Park. It erupts only occasionally (seven times in 2018) but when it does it reaches a height of 250 feet (76 meters). We have never seen it erupt.

Giant Geyser can erupt to a height of 100 feet, but does so rarely (there was one eruption in 2018) and has long periods of dormancy. It is in the Upper Geyser Basin at Yellowstone National Park.
