Cirrhopetalum or Bulbophyllum frostii is from Vietnam and belongs to a group of orchids that have some of the strangest flowers in the whole orchid family. Many of them have a nasty scent as well and are fly-pollinated. This species is supposed to be scented but I am unable to detect a scent when my plant is in bloom.

From Burma and Thailand.

A very widespread species growing from East Africa to Australia and Southeast Asia.
