Hydrophyllum tenuipes is another very common wildflower in our area and one that often goes unnoticed. It is very beautiful when seen up close, however, and both rhizomes and leaves are edible. This was photographed near Lake Padden in the Chuckanut Mountains. ronaldhanko-orchidhunter.blogspot.com/2013/05/lake-padden-and-padden-ridge.html
