These Subalpine Larkspur were photographed along the trail to Electric Pass in the Colorado Rockies.

This is the Olympic Larkspur, Delphinium glareosum, photographed on Lillian Ridge in Olympic National Park.

Photographed near our home on one of our daily walks, this is, I believe, the Tall Meadow Larkspur, quite common in our area.

This is a common wildflower near our home and I believe it is Delphinium depauperatum, Meadow Larkspur, though I have not keyed it out.

The Upland Larkspur, Delphinium nuttalianum, is a very common but beautiful spring wildflower. There were photographed along the North Cascades Highway in the area west of Winthrop, Washington.

Menzies' or Coastal Larkspur is a common spring wildflower here, but always beautiful. Its botanical name is Delphinium menziesii and it grow 30-40cm tall. The pictures I've posted today were taken in the Columbia River Gorge this spring. This, I believe is the Upland Larkspur, Delphinium nuttalianum.
