This photo was taken in Ottawa Beach State Park, Holland, Michigan, where the shipping channel comes in from Lake Michigan to Lake Macatawa. The picture is of the old lighthouse at the end of the south pier of the shipping channel often referred to as "Big Red."

Photographed at Ottawa Beach State Park, Holland, Michigan, in the ship channel between Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. It was thawing and all of the broken ice had formed shapes similar to this, though I have no idea why.
