This photo was taken at Yaquina Head on the Oregon coast, designated an Outstanding Natural Area by the US Department of the Interior. It is not only a good place to see seals but also thousands of seabirds and even migrating whales. It also boasts a beautiful lighthouse, one of the more beautiful lights on the Oregon coast.
