While visiting the Bayeux area of Normandy and the D-Day beaches we stayed several nights in Le Molay-Littry. The flags are from the 80th anniversary D-Day commemorations in the town. This photo is of the town center and the others of our guest house and the market where we purchased a bottle of Calvados.

Our guest house in Le Molay-Littry was the building with the white door and the windows on both sides of the door.

This was part of the display of cheeses at the market in Le Molay-Littry, where we stayed for several nights. We purchased a number of cheeses but I am unable to show photos of them since they are long ago devoured.

While in the Bayeux area we stayed in Le Molay-Littry and one morning visited the open-air market there.

Calvados is the brandy for which Normandy is famous. We purchased a bottle at the market in Le Molay-Littry, one of the places we stayed while touring Normandy and the D-Day beaches.
