RHH's photos with the keyword: tremella

I believe this is the Golden Jelly Fungus, Tremella mesenterica, and thanks to Ken Dies for the identificaiton. This is another find and photograph from our hike at Slide Mountain. We not only found an abundance of fossils but of fungi.

In Explore May 14, 2013, #310. We photographed these along the Old Mount Si trail in the Cascades. They were on nearly every dead branch in one of the few level areas along the trail and were very tiny, the largest being about 1cm in size (the green is moss, not ferns).
