Yolima Cierro Azul, Guaviare, Colombia with rock art behind her. Rock art, Cierro Azul, Guapiare, Colombia.
This art was done over a long period of time - not much is known about who did it, but it was not a local current indigenous tribe. We were told that there it was probably done by a nomadic tribe as there is similar in other parts of Colombia. There is is one painting of Megatherium a long extinct species of sloth.

This one some people say is meant to be a covid virus.

Medem's Treerunner, Plica medemi, Lizard, Cierro Azul, Guaviare, Colombia. I was told "They eat a lot of ants and live high up in the canopy coming down to lower levels on occasion. Add to that this is one of the more rarely observed members of this genus, and you have yourself a really nice observation." Apparently this is only the tenth observation of this species.
