➽ Das Büro für Popkultur, das Tiefbauamt, der Kriminalpräventive Rat der Stadt Augsburg und der Graffiti-Verein „Die Bunten“ haben vor einigen Jahren in Zusammenarbeit ein Konzept für legale Graffiti- und Street Art-Flächen erarbeitet. Ziel des Projekts „Schwabenwand“ war, die Zahl illegaler Graffiti durch mehrere legal zur Verfügung gestellte Flächen in verschiedenen Sozialregionen der Stadt zu reduzieren. Die Freiflächen bieten vor allem auch Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten für Anfänger. The aim of the project "Schwabenwand" ("Swabia wall") was to reduce the number of illegal graffiti by several legally provided spaces in various social areas of the city. The open spaces provide possibilities of development especially for beginners.
