So please - no dogs or other animals next week! ;-D

➽ Versammlungsort der Täufer: Am Ostermorgen 1528, versammelte sich eine Gemeinde der Täufer in diesem Haus (PiP) des Bildhauers Hans Daucher und seiner Frau Susanna. Die Stadtwache sprengte die illegale „Zusammenrottung“ und verhaftete 88 Personen. Sie wurden, teilweise unter Folter, verhört. Auf Beschluss des Stadtrates wurden die meisten ausgewiesen. Dorothea Fröhlich, Scholastika Stierpaur und Thomas Paur erhielten ein Brandzeichen. Elisabeth Heggenmiller wurde die Zunge herausgeschnitten. Vorsteher Hans Leupold wurde am 25.4.1528 hingerichtet. Susanna Daucher wurde am 21.4.1528 ausgewiesen. Weil sie schwanger war, wurde ihr das Brandzeichen erspart, ihre beiden kleinen Söhne musste sie jedoch zurücklassen. Hans Daucher, der sich zu dieser Zeit im Ausland aufhielt, hat seine Frau und sein 3. Kind nie mehr gesehen! The city guard blew up the illegal assembly and arrested 88 people. They were interrogated in part under torture. On decision of the City Council, most were banished. Dorothea Fröhlich, Scholastica Stierpaur and Thomas Paur were branded. Elizabeth Heggenmiller was cut out the tongue. The leader of the group Hans Leupold was executed at 25th April 1528. Susanna Daucher was banished at 21th April 1528. Because she was pregnant, she was spared from branding but she had to leave her two little sons.
