A summer five day visit to this southern end of the Snowdonia National Park begins with a beautiful valley that we last visited in 2012. We are here now near the bigger of the two high llynnau Cregennen lakes looking east towards Cadair Idris. A little cool for a picnic today but a hot coffee might be in order as we admire the views. Cadair Idris is one of Wales’s favourite mountains at 893m. Another fine lake (Llyn Cadir) can be spied from the top of there, but not for us on this trip. Enjoy full screen. Have a great day.
