There are many archways and cobbled roads here in Ronda. Savour this view just near the old Roman bridge over the river into town.

A birds-eye view (or perhaps Google Earth) view from the top of the bridge down to the local countryside that surrounds this beautiful town.

Once in the beautiful Spanish town of Ronda, its difficult to think of taking pictures from the town walls to the adjoining landscape as the town itself is so photogenic but here is a tiny sample of the delights to see. This view very reminiscent of Tuscany in Italy.

This gorge (El Tajo), separates the city’s circa-15th-century new town from its old town, dating to Moorish rule. Puente Nuevo, a fabulous stone bridge spanning the gorge, offers sweeping views to the valley below and the distant mountains.
