I noted today on my walk around our lake South lake one part has been burnt out. You can just see the foot path we walk around the lake lower part of the photo. The lake has a small ring of bush all the way around it this will take some time to recover. the Extent of the fire is a bit more each end of the shot.

I have always wanted to see just how the camera would see a car trip in the dark at 5:40 am most cases I am the driver but on this occasion I was not. So this is an educated guess press the shutter button with the camera on the dash of the car for 30 sec @ 103 km/H following a car transport truck. Its the dark trees way out in the bush that line the roads. I am thinking I should have shot on high beam may be to get a more expanded view...

Just a fence nothing else, there is no building any where near it.

This is a line of caterpillars that went from one side of the road to the other. they typically do this to find more food as they ate out the other tree. i walked this road i found the funny line on the way back to the car.
