Which do u think has better audio ? First is made with Zen Nano Plus the second part by Zan Nano V separated by a tone

This clip was quite difficult to be made .Zen V records ro wma and requires conversion to mp3 ,the tone is ade in audacity and saved inwav then converted by anothr prg im mp3 then i used separate prg for joining them about 30 mins have been spent for this audio....i
