Los corderos de tu amigo pastor han de dar sabrosas carnes, porque oí que sus mejores pastos son los secos, por ello mejor los corderos de Segovia que los de Cantabria, y, por lo que veo en las fotos, hay no os faltan. HFF Isabel.

Verdad, y mi amigo dice siempre que las ovejas que prefiere son las suyas porque adaptas a nuestro territorio, son cruzes de razas locales como la “campaniça” con lacosne y otra de que no me acuerdo cual. La carne que dan es fantástica, tierna y sabrosa. Con las vacas es lo mismo, la carne resulta muy sabrosa.

Es por el pienso seco, la hierba verde no da ese gusto tan exquisito. Pasa igual en España, los pastos de Segovia, por ejemplo, dan mejores carnes en los corderos que los del norte.
