Rumex thyrsoides, Caryophyllales, Penedos, Thirsty Land poetry

Using great depth of field in nature is my "thing", when dry season is on and nature is at summer rest in golden and faded colors it is when I am the most inspired.
Not able to go and take a pic this week so from the vaults but taken this year !

This species doesn't grow in the UK, but the seed-heads are instantly recognizable as being part of the 'dock' (Rumex) Genus. I love how you make the plant important by the shallow DOF method, Isabel.
