28ºC is mild for us, hot is over 35ºC, what starts to happen in April/May... the desert dust goes quite far north then, I didn't know you could experience it in your area ! Most unpleasant thing...

I have a similar phenomenon in my country, is it ok for people with respiratory allergies?

It's called "yellow sand" and it flies in on the westerly winds from inland China.
The sky becomes gray.
If you do not wear a mask, you will be allergic to it.

Same here, in my case eyes are what is more sore. People are told to stay inside as much as they can...
