Penedos, 5 years old Quercus ilex

IN OUR DRY LAND EACH TREE IS TREASURED.
FOUND THIS ONE 5 YEARS AGO, NOT TALLER THAN ONE FINGER. PROTECTED AND SIGNALIZED IT AND HERE IT IS.
WE DON’T WATER TREES IN NATURE: THEY HAVE TO GROW DEEP ROOTS TO SURVIVE DRY SEASON, WATERING THEM WOULD MAKE THEM LOOSE THEIR NATURAL DEFENSES.

Xata club has replied to Keith Burton clubThey grow very slowly here and we care not to destry them by accident, that is why people mark and protect little ones to be found.
Keith Burton club has replied to Xata clubSuch a great idea to mark and protect the young trees..........we need them..!!
