I STRUGGLED TO TAKE THIS SERIES, PUSHED FROM BEHIND BY THE CROWD...

I MANAGED TO PHOTOGRAPH THE PANNEL ABOUT EACH POLE, BUT THEY WERE IN BAD CONDITION SO THEY ARE NOT VERY CLEAR, I TRIED TO ENHANCE THEM SO YOU CAN READ... IF YOU WISH.

These totem poles are very impressive..............the wood carving is amazing. Such a lovely setting for them as well.

I love the images in the PiP as well..........and I found the information boards quite easy to read.

My favourite is Chief Wakes pole!

Great! I only made it up to the San Juan Islands, so I can at least imagine that I saw Vancouver in the distance. In Canada I mainly traveled in the east, as I used to live in Toronto for one year. I do hope to visit western Canada someday... one can always wish, right? :-)
