Once ringing to the sounds of.. Birthdays.. Christmas's - New years - Anniversary's - Weddings - and sad times and happy times.......perhaps it has a 'special meaning' to you - in some way..

Another planet nowadays, I found everything so "plastic" and disposable... not my values. I will pass away with no regrets.

It looks as though it was a lovely house.

What a shame it is not still full of life Isabel. It looks too nice to be abandoned.

Even in this dilapidated condition, some of it is still really lovely............I like the decorative tiles and the ornate ironwork on the door and the beautifully shapes window frames.

I hope someone takes it on and restores it, but it's probably more likely to be demolished and something new built in it's place. That's the way of the world............

Unfortunately. Now soul-less concrete housing are modern values. Not my planet anymore.

une construction originale , qui n' a peut-être pas de grande valeur architecturale, mais qui devrait être rénovée en témoignage de vies passées. Mais cet état de fait n' est pas propre au Portugal et se retrouve en France, Espagne, Italie...les anciens pays de paysans....
