Long time I did not use superposable layers in post processing, so I am not fully satisfied with this but had no time to improve it.
Nevertheless I hope you will enjoy...

I tried to desaturate more the hand but the result was weird. The berry is already quite saturated, I could effectively have done more and add a (fake) drop of blood, hahaha
