Mongolian livestock

Beside yaks, sheep, goats, horses and camels the cow is one of the most important herd animal the Mongolian people like to hold in their herds. Winter of Mogol is very cold. Meat is treasure keeping to get over cold winter. In winter, they kill the live stock which got weak because the temperature is low and they can keep foods long time. They eat little meat in summer so dairy products are the central part of their dishes. Livestock is their treasure so they don't waste it. Milk and meat are food, fur is clothes and house. Bowels and skin are used as containers, excrement is used as fuel and joint to be toy for children.
