A camels side portrait


In agricultural societies such as Mongolia, domesticated camels provide many of life's basic necessities. Camel hair is woven into clothing and blankets, dried camel droppings fuel fires, Mongolians consume camel milk and meat with relish.
But be aware of rutting male camels, with masses of white foam around their heads — in this state they are apparently very dangerous and have been known to kill wolves.
