yes, dear Diana, but the water still stays in other districts for already 6 or 8 weeks. My friend in Rangsit - an outer district northern old airport Don Mueang - claims that Skhumbhand Paribatra the gouvenor of Bangkok does not open the sand bigbags to keep Bangkoks inner city free of the flood.
