Serious armed conflict in our Soi

People from the neighbor Soi brake a big whole into the wall and water run rapid to our dry pumped side way. Officers from the Forest Department nearly shot the violator with a shotgun. Conflicts like this happen every where because some residents believe that they are disadvantaged due the pumping dry by nearby properties. (The wall was built long time before the flood disaster for other reasons.)
