[Amherstburg, Ont. scenes]

PECO (Photogelatine Engraving Co.) card with long message scrawled across the back by "Harold". Amherstburg, near Windsor (Detroit), has historical significance both from the War of 1812 and the Underground Railroad era.

This Photogelatine (PECO) back appears to be from the 1930s and incorporates the Valentine logo. I was unaware of this collaboration before (or co-branding or whatever it was), but I don't generally collect much from this era.
