Christmas postcards

Russell, Lang & Co. card no. 5963 with "Season's Greetings" message, showing two scenes in and around Portage la Prairie, Man. The card was posted on Christmas Day, 1903 at Portage to Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Fraser, 82 Shakespeare Road, Draton Park, Hanwell W., England. It is signed "E. R. Robinson" as seen above. This is one of the Russell, Lang cards that is really, to all appearances at least, an issue or reissue of a Detroit Photographic Co. card.

Russell, Lang & Co. card (as apparently republished from the Detroit Photographic Co. original -- no. 5989) and turned into a Christmas greeting card. It's an undivided back, likely from 1901 or 1902 but not dated or posted.

Russell, Lang & Co. no. 674, unused -- a rebranded Warwick Bros. & Rutter card. Card with holly and the word Greetings right in the design, as well as an additional printed wish.

"Christmas Greetings to you all, Your affectionate Brother, Robert" Not postally used. Published for Pugh, Toronto. Printed in Great Britain.

One of W. G. MacFarlane's "Santa Claus Series", no 108. This was a U.S. series that MacFarlane sold in Canada.
