This Post-Card is "Compliments of N.Y. Sunday American & Journal", William Randolph Hearst's New York paper. The lower 1/2 inch or so has been trimmed off.
In case you're wondering, that's early 1900s comics star "Foxy Grandpa", as I discovered. The cartoonist was Carl E. Schultze or "Bunny" ... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foxy_Grandpa
