River = Saskatchewan (N or S)

An early Saskatoon real photo card, postmarked June 4, 1906 and addressed to MIss Ella MIghton, Muir, Ont., but with no message (as it's an undivided back card). This shows a ferry crossing the South Saskatchewan River.

Posted at Didsbury, Alta., August 25, 1906 to Miss Florence Cossey, Thorndale, Ont. #1621 H.W.B. Douglas, publisher -- likely by Macfarlane according to the seller.

H. Enida Olive Co. of Calgary, series no. 128, unused. (I don't actually consider this "incredibly boring" but if you don't realize how immense a city was shortly to stand in this spot, its significance might not be apparent.)
