Postmarked Alsask, Sask., July 30, 1912 to Mrs. Frank L. Compton, Sunnyside, N. J., U. S. A.:
My dear coz. Postal recd, glad to hear E. is doing so fine. Anxious for a picture. We are O.K. + Billy's leg is doing fine. This is [a] photo of the camp while building the new Rail-Road through here. Have 23 chicks all doing fine. Have had nice rain + cool for a week or so + now it is very warm again. Lovingly, A."
