Did a run of replacement birds houses... that one one the left has seen better days... but was made with the help of my 4 yr old - 23 years ago!

thin CA adhesive runs like water... and wicks the grounds down into the depths of the cracks.

dried coffee grounds are an excellent wood filler... they sand, glue, router, turn and finish just wood, as they are also plant fibre. First step is to pulverize them very fine so they penetrate all the cracks.

These wine stoppers are show stoppers - the purple of the juniper is lovely.

by 9 AM I'd already made quite the mess in the woodshop. Sawdust is my mental health release...

out of mighty branches good things get created... okay - so that branch isn't all that big... trust me, it took the slow-growing juniper shrub MANY years to get to that diameter.

these are REALLY old juniper stalks - downed by a winter ice storm.
