I figure it will be about this far in the future when we have reliable ways of beating death, so I enlisted some future friends to model for me ;-) If you are StarTrek fans, you'll read this story easily... ;-) ... Bones throwing his hands up, saying "I can't work miracles - he's dead, Jim..." ... Spock releasing the soul... ... Kirk saying formal words... ... Scotty raising a drink - but having haunting feelings of past and futures tapping his shoulder. ... Uhura quietly making space. ... and the boys ( Chekov and Sulu) fist-pumping in joy at Death's demise! *IF* you are a true ST fan, you' will have recognized that it is Sarek standing in (lying in?) for the Grim Reaper...

Create a short "Supernatural"-related horror story out of the abbreviations of the elements of the Periodic Table. You may only use each letter from each abbreviation once (so you'd have roughly - 225 letters to use). The more coherent the story, the better. ------------------------------------------------------------------- *many thanks to DeBo, who knew what Supernatural was about... and was willing to drink wine and laugh thru this game.

Kick back in a hammock that's suspended from trees on opposite banks of a river. (Make sure it's a safe section of a river to be suspended over.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ... we'd scouted for local "rivers" and determined that the stretch of Little River that ran through the golf course was likely the best... when we came back two days later to do the shoot, it was after a massive storm... and the water was over a foot deeper! I was standing, mid-current , with the camera on tripod in thigh deep water to shoot this ;-)

The problem with growing kale is that hipsters are always trying to sneak into my garden to steal it! Show what a trap would look like to catch these pests. Extra points if you capture (alive) a real life hipster. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ... a Kale Café with free wine and i-toys seemed the best solution - pull the phone and the net drops! ;-)

Get a coffee shop to create and run a drink special for Gishwhes and have it advertised on their menu board. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Milk Café, Windsor was gracious enough to play along - thanks, folks! The best honour I can think of… something every scientist ( and geek!) will want… their very own SPOCKet Protector. Daily fully functional usage in all great science labs.

Everyone has cell phones, so phone booths sit unused for many days. Re-imagine and repurpose a phone booth. Show a passer-by using it in a new way. ---------------------------------------------------------------- ... as a teddy bear rain shelter ;-) .... after the incredible amount of icky spider webs were cleaned out!

Make a macrame holster for a pistol. --------------------------------------------------------------------- first to find a pistol! Best I could do was a spring-loaded BB air pistol ( we're in Canada, eh?) Then my dear friend DeBo made excellent suggestions as how to best design this... more wine was involved.

Tour a wastewater/sewage treatment factory dressed in formal attire with an accompanying violinist or flutist. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Many thanks to my sister, Meg... who rushed home from work and accompanied us with her violin! .. oh - and Kale! - please notice her Kale earpiece... bonus points for including kale!
