Macro Lens

The 100mm macro lens is a fixed focus - you move instead. It is easier to work with a tripod and shooting table, but I really want to use it out in nature, so I'm exploring hand-held work with this lens.

chance encounter!

I'd focused in on the lady bug as she explored the flower buds of the castor bean plant. Just as I snapped her picture, the ant stumbled into frame!
