What's with boys and puddles?

A big puddle, a bright red vroom-vroom and overly-willing volunteer were all that was needed to get a satisfying "SPLASH!" Getting him to STOP was another matter.... Today's Posting : One word Tuesday: Splash , post it then Tag it with #TP567
